Lots of hollow variations this week. We have a spicy on-the-minute workout to wrap up week 2.
week 3
Dumbbell week - AGAIN! More variation with the dumbbell, testing your ability to keep good positions when moving an object through space.
week 4
First workout will test moving from one hollow position to the next with no rest. Keep scaling these workouts as you continue to progress!
