Background
Ross is a strength and conditioning coach in Chicago, Illinois. Ross studied gymnastics at a very young age, leading him to become a Division 1 collegiate gymnast at the University of Illinois. Ross is also a two-time All-American and was, most notably, an acrobat for the largest theatrical producer in the world, Cirque du Soleil.
A career in the fitness industry has been a natural fit throughout Ross’s life and career. His unique background and strong knowledge of the industry has helped countless people achieve their fitness goals, and he’s ready to make you a part of that group.

About OMC
For many, the toughest part about exercise is finding the time to do it. Getting to the gym can often take a back seat to other priorities. OMC is a customized fitness regimen that can be done anywhere, any time. All you need is 10-15 minutes, four times a week.
This subscription-based program focuses on midline work. It is meant to be supplemented with your current workout regimen and is for fitness enthusiasts of all backgrounds. Midline is often ignored in fitness, but plays a key role in keeping you healthy and can lead to significant strength gains. OMC is here to make you stronger and help you get more out of your workouts.
This is not meant to be easy. While other programs are all about the easiest way to getting stronger, this isn’t your average ‘core’ routine and will take some hard work from you.
