Every 2:00 x 5 perform a full round of the following:

DB Leg Lifts 12-15 reps

DB Tabletop Reach 12-15 reps

Straddle Leg Raise 12-15 reps

*Find a number to work with each round that allows at least :30 sec rest before beginning a new round. Shooting for perfect reps as usual!
