4 Rounds - minimize breaks during round as much as possible.

Single-arm plank (L) - 30 seconds

Single-leg mtn climber (L) - 30 REPS

Single-arm plank (R) - 30 seconds

Single-leg mtn climber (R) - 30 REPS

1 minute rest between rounds.

This one is TOUGH. Keep those reps looking good!!
