Double Heel Raise over small object (Heels move back and forth left to right, right to left over object without moving torso) 20 reps

V-Ups 10 reps

Towel Tuck-Up 5 reps with *SLOW tempo (8-10 seconds per rep)

Rest 1:00 and repeat 5 rounds

Rest :20 repeat 6 rounds

*Feel free to up the weight on the pull through as an added challenge, even if it’s not a dumbbell. Focus is on rock solid hips, not moving as always.
